Antish Shawl has been released!
Today sees the release of the ' Antish Shawl ', available in my Ravelry store ' Bex Knitty Design ' and shortly also on LoveCrafts.com! This is a very simple crescent shaped shawl with lots of relaxing garter and stockinette stripes, alternating in both colour and texture to keep the knitter’s interest to see how the different combos come out. There are also panels of lace and twisted stitches to make it a striking yet delicate soft pretty piece. I used a slightly plumper than usual fingering weight yarn in a wool / cashmere blend for that soft floofy drape in delicate neutral shades for a gentle palette, but any soft wool based / blend yarn of your choice should work fine. You can play with yarn weights to make it even more delicate or cosy, just remember different gauge can change the required yarn amounts and finished measurements. As usual with my releases, it will be FREE for the first day or so, which means until end of day (CEST) on the 28th October
