Not enough knitty hours!! (JUST A QUICK UPDATE)

Paper Dolls by Kate Davies for my daughter At the moment there are simply not enough hours to fulfill my knitty needs.  I am still gift knitting, yep it doesn't end after the Christmas season for me as my daughter has a birthday in 8 days, so it goes on and on ... And finally, the design bug has hit me, and I have a load of backed up shawl design ideas, pin ponging around my head all...of...the ...Time lol Some of them I have written down instructions for, some just sketched soon to be charted on graph paper, yarns chosen for most, samples coming together for a few, so I am hoping by March I should have a few samples ready, instructions to go (written and charted) and then I will need to find out how to seek out some brave test knitters... I am really nervous but excited, and it's going to be an adventure for the New Year! faves of 2018

So to round up the year that has just passed in knitting, I thought I would share some of my favourite knits of 2018 .. In order of approximate completion, we have : Simply Stockinette Tee  by Kaitlin Blasing A very nice enjoyable straightforward pattern that I liked so much I have nearly completed another one, and probably will make more of in the future My project page on Ravelry Designers pattern on Ravelry Harris bag  by Linda Moorhouse I made this bag for my young daughter.
